A PERFECT SOLITUDE (2012) 

Ya son muchos los trabajos editados por Vaarewl para que nos sorprendamos o esperemos algo diferente. Un proyecto este Frozen Ocean solido que si bien en estos últimos tiempos a pisado el acelerador y aumentado el número de publicaciones. Este "A Perfect Solitude" es un compendio de atmosféras ambientales, drone, doom o post rock, sin mucho en común con la estética clásica del black. Las composiciones se basan en la repetición de sonidos que están presentes a lo largo de toda la canción y se van adornando con partes de teclado creando en la mayoría de los casos una sensación de soledad y frialdad. A diferencia de otras bandas y trabajos en este "A Perfect Solitude", no se produce un estallido de su música sino que el ritmo repetitivo y lento no cambia, llegando a hastiar un tanto al oyente que espera un ramalazo un tanto más agresivo. La producción no es digna de tener en cuenta ya que ante la abundancia de secciones programadas y solo la inclusión de voz en dos temas, pasaría a un segundo plano. Este es un disco para un público limitado y para nada será reconocido por el oyente habitual de black metal . (6.9)
